Customized products, made especially for the customer (medals, custom plates...) are never returned or exchanged.
In case of exercise of the right of retractation, k9-watch.com is held with the refunding of the sums paid by the customer, without expenses, except for the expenses of transport round trip. The refund is due within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of returned products: however, only products arrived at the warehouse in good condition can be refunded or exchanged.
6. "All-risk" transport
You have the possibility to choose the "tracking and insurance" mode of delivery, which includes postal tracking + loss and damage insurance.
This insurance covers :
- The loss of your order by the carrier. If 45 days after your order your sign has not been delivered - the postal tracking on the website of "La Poste" being proof - a new order (or part of the order) strictly identical will be sent to you again at no extra cost upon your written request within 60 days of your order.
- Partial or total deterioration of the product. If your shipment arrives damaged (EITHER a sign broken, split on more than 1 cm or damaged by one or several important impacts - the small impacts and marks are not taken in charge; EITHER a torn or crumpled sticker unusable), a new order (or part of the order) strictly identical will be sent again without additional expenses, on simple written statement in the 24 hours following the reception of your order, and after bringing the various proofs (photos, returns of the product...) requested by K9watch.com.
This insurance does not cover the deterioration of the product by the customer during the installation (too big screws, bad use...).
This insurance does not cover deliveries not received because of an address that you would have informed in an erroneous or incomplete way.
If the customer does not agree to bring the requested proofs, in particular, at the end of expertise, the customer can have to return to K9watch.com the deteriorated product (or products) at its own charge (the proof of the charge being incumbent on the applicant), the guarantee will be invalidated. The guarantee covers the replacement of the products and their transport, it does not cover in no case a total or partial refund in monetary form. The amount of compensation can also not exceed the amount paid by the customer, so this insurance will be able to proceed in particular only to one replacement.
The price of the products sold is that in force appearing on the site on the date on which the order is recorded. These prices are indicated in Euros all taxes included, excluding shipping and handling. All orders are payable exclusively in Euros. In all cases k9-watch.com can not be held liable for non-compliance with the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the country of receipt, the liability of k9-watch.com is systematically limited to the value of the product involved, value at its date of sale and this without recourse to the brand or company producing the product.
The products sold are guaranteed by their manufacturer. The duration of the contractual guarantee against any defect or defect in materials or workmanship is specified on the notice given at the time of sale.
